...	The Mesa View Estates HOA and three Mesa View Estates homeowners (who are also HOA board members) filed a lawsuit against Foothills Park & Recreation District (December 21, 2009)

...	your HOA dues will be spent on these lawsuits and that your HOA Board has stated they budgeted $100,000 toward legal fees? In addition to your HOA dues being spent, these lawsuits will force your Park and Recreation District to spend a similar amount of your tax dollars to defend against these lawsuits.

...	your Park and Recreation District has tried to work with your HOA to improve Estates Park? Wouldn’t it make more sense for your HOA to work with Foothills to spend the money on park improvements rather than legal fees?

...	Foothills Park & Recreation District has been pre-approved for grant funding to install a new playground in Estates Park and installation could occur in 2010?
