The District Resident Photo Identification Card is for the convenience of our patrons.
A $5 fee (per person) for the Photo I.D. Card will verify your residency within the
District and is valid for 3 years. Residents nine and older must present a District
I.D. card to receive reduced rates. There is no charge for Youth I.D. cards, age 17
and under, with proof of residency by parent or legal guardian.
