Directions To Park
The Friendly Hills Greenbelts are linear in nature. Directions to the greenbelts reflect where the east/west and north/south greenbelts intersect. From the intersection of S. Simms St. and W. Quincy Ave., head west on W. Quincy Ave. to Union St. Turn left on Union St. and go 2 blocks to W. Rice Pl. Turn right on W. Rice Pl. one block to the end of the cul-de-sac and the park frontage. There is no parking lot and we suggest parking in cul-de-sac.

Park Description
These greenbelts are long and narrow and tucked between the homes in the Friendly Hills neighborhood. These greenbelts are undeveloped except for the trails that run the length of both greenbelts.

Comments
These trails are used mainly by the local neighborhood. The north/south trail connects W. Quincy Ave. with the Weaver Gulch Regional Trail.

Park History
These greenbelts were dedicated to Foothills as part of Senate Bill 35 land dedication requirements beginning in 1973. The trails that run the length of both greenbelts were constructed in 2001.
