A small irrigated bluegrass park. The grassy knob at the northeast corner of the park is a popular
neighborhood sledding hill.

Park History
The park was acquired in 1972. It is named after Jim Hoida, a local resident who was active in the local
homeowners association and instrumental in the development of the park. The park was dedicated to Mr. Hoida
in the early 1990's.
