Park Description
This is a non-irrigated native grass park that follows the North Tributary of SJCD South drainage. There are two ponds in
the park, which are located along the drainage. A few park benches overlook the ponds. This is a nice place for local songbird
and waterfowl viewing. Sanctuary Park is located immediately south of Eagle Meadows Park. Foothills ownership includes both
sides of the ponds and the North Tributary of SJCD South drainage, however the Meadows Sanctuary Subdivision HOA is responsible
for park maintenance on the south side of the creek and ponds.

that followed the North Tributary of SJCD South drainage. In 2000, the original pond was drained, rebuilt and divided into 2
ponds by the Sanctuary developer. No reports on fish populations are available and the park is not listed as a fishing resource
at this time.
