Coal Mine Ave. to the stop light at S. Webster St., turn right on S. Webster St.
and travel to the park located on the east side of S. Webster St.

Park Description
The main feature of this park is the
Columbine West Pool.
The pool has historically been the District’s busiest outdoor
pool. It features a 25-meter pool and diving well. The parking
lot was recently expanded to accommodate pool traffic. A picnic
shelter and small open play area was installed next to the pool in 2000.
A shared playground is located at Dutch Creek Elementary School.

Park History
This park was constructed in 1973-74 with funding assistance from
Ridgewood Realty. The Parks Department completed a portion of the
landscaping and irrigation in 1978. The 3 tennis courts located south
of the pool were eliminated in 2000 due to ongoing drainage problems.
