Practice Schedules:
Developmental Team (ages 12 and under)
Mon/Wed - 7:15-8:00 p.m.
The Developmental Team is designed to provide a strong foundation for the sport of diving in a safe and
nurturing environment.
Junior Olympic Team (ages 13+)
Mon/Wed - 7:15-8:30 p.m.
The Junior Olympic Team focuses on while teaching athletes correct fundamental technique to maximize
long-term training potential and avoid injury. Many athletes in this group are working on the requirements
to compete successfully at the CO High School State Championship meet.
The Mile High Dive Club LLC is Colorado's premier Olympic-style diving club. We provide springboard and
platform diving instruction with underlying the belief that by fostering qualities such as teamwork, self
confidence, perseverance, physical and mental strength, and a sense of self worth in our divers, we help
our athletes learn the transferable life skills that are vital to be successful in all avenues of life,
both within and outside the sport of diving.
