The Foothills Park & Recreation District Aquatics Programs offer a variety of
aquatics programs year round. All programs are led by professional, enthusiastic,
American Red Cross certified pool staff. Foothills Aquatics staff are dedicated to
providing a fun, friendly and safe experience for you and your family.

At Foothills learn to swim,
refine your strokes or swim competitively. You can exercise in a group fitness class or
individually in our outdoor pools in the summer or our
indoor pools all year long. Our programs are full of safe and fun
learning and fitness opportunities.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons
• Private:
$25 per 1/2 hour lesson; $70 for three 1/2 hour lessons
• Semi-Private (2-3 individuals):
$20 per 1/2 hour lesson/per person; $50 for three 1/2 hour lessons/per person

Swim Instruction & Endurance Training for Adults & Triathletes
Highly effective workouts will be tailored to the needs of the
individual. Emphasis will be on improving stroke mechanics and
efficiency. Areas such as open water swimming, training for
triathlons and building a training program will be addressed. For
cycling and running training, please contact Tami Adams at
