Barre Revolution - Combines basic ballet movements with core conditioning, Pilates and stretching. It is a total body workout using a ballet barre, Pilates rings, small balls and other small equipment.

Nia® - Calm the mind, relieve stress, improve endurance and gain strength! Drawing from disciplines of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, this sensory-based movement practice is done barefoot to soul-stirring music for optimal wellness. (Offered September through May only)
Tai Chi for Health - Reduce stress while you increase balance & flexibility with gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines. This ancient practice has been shown to reduce pain and improve concentration, memory and physical well-being.
COMING THIS SUMMER: Tai Chi for Diabetes - Prevent or control diabetes and the complications it may present. In addition to relaxing the mind and body, work on improving mobility and balance in areas prone to diabetic neuropathy.
