Youth Cardio/Weight Room Policy - ages 9-15
|

Get certified to use our cardio weight rooms in 3 simple steps!
1. Pass the YOUTH CARDIO/WEIGHT ROOM TEST
(can be taken
at any front desk for FREE)
2. Submit a signed authorization waiver
(completed by parent/guardian)
3. Enjoy use of our facilities
Upon completion of above steps, the following rules apply:
• Ages 9-12: may use the Cardio/Weight Rooms WHILE UNDER SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT (15 yrs. +)
• Ages 13-15: may use the Cardio/Weight Rooms independently
Please note: Youth under age 9 are NOT permitted to use equipment.
