Q: Do I need to bring my own guitar for guitar classes?
A: Yes, you do need to bring your own guitar in order to learn “hands-on” with the class.
Q: Where can I buy a Guitar?
A: Guitars are sold at music stores like Guitar Center. You can also get a good deal on a guitar at Music Go Round, a used instrument store.
Q: I have two (or more) children who want to take Guitar classes. Do they each have to bring their own guitar?
A: Yes. This is a “hands on” class which requires each student to have their own guitar to follow along during class.
Q: Which kind of guitar can I bring to class, acoustic or electric?
A: You can bring either. If you are bringing an electric guitar, please leave the amplifier at home.
Q: Once I have taken a Level II Guitar class, what should I do?
A: Our Level II (youth and adult) Guitar classes are designed to be taken numerous times to increase your skill and technique. Our instructor works with each student in addition to providing group instruction.
Q: Are parents required to attend the Crocodile Rock class with their child(ren)?
A: Yes, to keep order to the classroom and to allow parents to learn and take home songs to sing with their children.
Q: Is each session of Crocodile Rock the same?
A: No, this class is designed to be taken numerous times for the enjoyment of your child. Each session introduces new songs with some repetition of some standard favorites.
