Booth spaces are $200 per 10'x10' space, allowing community businesses to be present at the event.
Application and payment must be received by Friday, May 25, 2012.

Food vendor opportunities are by invite only.
|
|
|
No business or person acting on behalf of a business is permitted to solicit to spectators of this event within the confines of Clement Park without a vendor permit issued by Foothills Park & Recreation District. Anyone doing so without a permit specific for Red, White & You will be asked to leave.

5:00 p.m. - Event begins, come enjoy:

• A variety of food concessions
• Beer & wine garden by The Foothills Foundation
• Community exhibitor booths
• Kids' bounce houses (ticketed entry)

7:30 p.m. - Free concert featuring Black Water, a rockin' tribute to the music of the Doobie Brothers
|
|
|
|
9:30 p.m. - Fireworks display by Tristate Fireworks Company
|
|
|
|
Post fireworks - Black Water will perform an encore
|
|
|
|
|
|

To ensure maximum viewing pleasure for
everyone, pop-up tents are NOT allowed
FOR SAFETY REASONS, pets are NOT allowed.
No fireworks permitted
No portable grills
No glass bottles are allowed
No littering - Please use trash receptacles

PARKING INFORMATION
Vehicles are only allowed on designated roads and
parking areas.
Carpooling is highly recommended.
Event spectators should only park at:
• Parking lots within the boundaries of Clement Park
• Columbine High School parking lots
• Do NOT park at the Columbine Library
