Red White & You needs YOUR help!

 

DID YOU KNOW the following facts about the event?

  • Red, White & You is an event for the community, by the community.
  • It costs approximately $46,000 to run the event and that . . .
    • Foothills does not utilize any tax dollars for the event.
    • Revenues come from sponsorships, a grant from Scientific & Cultural Facilities District, vendor fees and booth fees.
    • Expenses for the event are for fireworks, restrooms, security and first aid.
  • Average attendance is 40,000 and if every person in attendance donated $1 to the event, the community would have a self sustaining event year after year.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

  • Donate today (donations may be tax-deductible.)
    • Donations can be accepted by check to Foothills Park & Recreation District – please write in the memo line: “RWY2017”
    • Checks can be accepted at our facilities and/or mailed to Foothills Park & Recreation District: Attention: Henrietta Petersen, 6612 S. Ward St., Littleton, CO 80127.
    • Or call your donation in by phone with a credit card to Henrietta at 303-409-2128
  • Do you own a business?  Sponsor the event and put your business in the limelight!
  • Know a business owner?  Ask them to sponsor!
