This easement was secured by Foothills from the Bergen Ditch and Reservoir Company in 1992.
Directions
From the intersection of C-470 and W. Bowles Ave., head east on W. Bowles Ave. to Alkire St. Turn left on Alkire St and go ½ mile to the greenbelt on the west side of Alkire St. Note: The greenbelt is only 50’ wide and not marked at this time. It can be identified by two wire fences running parallel (50’ apart) from Alkire St. west to the C-470 / Centennial Bike Trail. There is no parking lot. We suggest parking on the west side of Alkire St. well off the shoulder.
