Specialized, progressive instructional classes offered in 4 or 5 week sessions. Offerings include: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Strong by Zumba and Pilates. Pilates participants must attend Pilates Orientation.  Private & semi-private pilates instruction are available.

Group Training Classes

Looking to find an economical way to work with a trainer for your individual needs and goals? These small group classes offer the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer in a group setting, allowing for individual attention and coaching in a comfortable team environment. Crosstraining Registration Classes
Require online registration.
Classes geared for adults, starting at age 15. If classes are not full, single visit options are available. Offered as 4 week (Summer) or 5 week sessions (Spring and Fall). Examples include: Bootcamps, HI-Cross and Ultra Conditioning.

Performance/Sport Training Sessions
Participants attend pre-scheduled classes and work in group setting coached by performance certified trainers. Sessions are available for single visits, subject to first come first serve (call in advance to secure time spot.)

  • Introductory Session (ages 7-18): sport specific assessments to evaluate current level and future goals. Allows participants to begin their training at the level that best suits their abilities and skills.
  • Basic Training (ages 7-11) – max 10 participants/session: focus on form and function, skills acquisition with variety of training tools
  • Skillz Training (ages 11+) – max 10 participants/session: conditioning drills using a variety of weights, bells, ropes and more in timed circuits to increase agility and improve fitness levels

  • Elite Performance Training (individual or group training): advanced training for developing condition and performance, increasing SAQs and elevating skills
  • Team Training (group training): sessions designed to work on individual roles and group dynamics to evolve teamwork and next-level competitive skills

Chronic Conditions Programs

  • CancerFit®: a program of the Cancer Fitness Institute, dedicated to providing cancer survivors with affordable and empowering exercise programs in a healthy, positive, non-intimidating environment within their community.  To get started, please complete the CancerFit Packet and contact 303-409-2114.
  • PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery: classes follow the research based exercise programs established by PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery, and targets the physical cognitive and emotional challenges of those living with Parkinson Disease. To register, click the green Register button above.
