Foothills Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared for all fitness levels and abilities. Fitness Class Options

A variety of land and aqua fitness options available with routines targeting cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training.

    • Single Visit Price: $5.25, Non-District: $7.25
    • Drop-in Land & Aqua Fitness Classes are included with the purchase of an annual facility pass, 3-month pass and Multi-Visit Card.
  • Mind-Body Drop-in Fitness Prices
    • Designed to bring your entire being into balance.
    • Single Visit Price: $8, Non-District: $12
    • 10-visit Mind-Body Multi-visit Card:
      • Price: $60, Non-District: $75
      • 20% discount for Facility Passholders
      • Price: $48, Non-District: $60

Specialized, progressive instructional classes offered in 4 or 5 week sessions. Offerings include: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Strong by Zumba and Pilates. Pilates participants must attend Pilates Orientation.  Private & semi-private pilates instruction are available.

  • Registration is required and ensures your spot in class.
    • Utilize the “Register” button in the main menu to view all Registration Fitness classes and details as well as secure your spot.
    • Fees vary.
    • Multi-Visit Cards and Passes are not applicable to Registration classes.

Work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to meet your fitness goals.

  • Private One-Hour Sessions:
    1 session: Adult/Youth – $45, Non-District: $60
    1 session: AO/SS Members – $35, Non-District: $46
    3 sessions: $126, Non-District $150
    5 sessions: $200, Non-District $230
    10 sessions: $350, Non-District $420
  • Semi-Private One-Hour Sessions:
    Per person: $30, Non-District: $40

Mind-Body Individual Training (pilates or yoga)

  • Private One-Hour Sessions:

Fitness Assessments
Measures include current health status for height, weight, blood pressure, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Consultation and analysis of results included.

Body Composition Analysis: $10, Non-District $14
Determine your lean body mass versus fat tissue.

Group Training Classes

Group Personal Training Classes require online registration. Classes taught under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer. Examples include: Functional Core Training, Senior Adult Strength Training and Bootcamp Class. Customized class options also available.

Chronic Conditions Programs

  • CancerFit®: a program of the Cancer Fitness Institute, dedicated to providing cancer survivors with affordable and empowering exercise programs in a healthy, positive, non-intimidating environment within their community.  To get started, please complete the CancerFit Packet and contact 303-409-2114.
  • PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery: classes follow the research based exercise programs established by PWR! Parkinson Wellness Recovery, and targets the physical cognitive and emotional challenges of those living with Parkinson Disease. To register, click the green Register button above.
  • Balance for Fall Prevention: program to increase balance, learn core control & improve confidence to minimize falls. To register, click the green Register button above.
