“Brenden has helped me increase my squat about 60 pounds. He has helped me become a better athlete so I can do better on the field. He has pushed me through the tough things to make me a better player.”
– Corbin D., age 15, Personal Training
“It was a fun way to work out and I learned good techniques.”
– Lily, age 12, Hockey Dryland Training
I’m a fit and healthy thirty-something-year-old, aspiring fitness instructor who had never worked with an athletic trainer before. I chose to train with Brenden to become a better recreational softball player. Brenden was kind and patient, very knowledgeable beyond a typical trainer.
With my chronic and on-and-off, low-back pain, I was nervous about adding a new weight routine, but he listened well to my body’s exercise response and adapted with effective training solutions. He backs his training techniques and custom exercises with experience and science to provide accurate data. I was lucky to find a clean, intimate facility and a great trainer who pushed me (just enough) with each training session.
I noticed physical results after our second session and commitment to my take-home exercise program, and am confident I will continue to build strength throughout the season. I would highly recommend working with Brenden for athletic training, what you’ll learn is how to become a better overall athlete – starting with strength and conditioning. An enjoyable experience for an aspiring fitness instructor!
