Foothills Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared for all fitness levels and abilities. Come discover and attain your hidden fitness potential in a professional, relaxed and non-pressured environment.

Fitness Classes

Find the class right for you! Class offerings range from beginners to advanced exercisers and are led by our nationally-certified fitness staff. Classes are designed for ages 15+.

  • Single Visit Price: $5.75, Non-District: $7.75

  • FREE with: Premier Annual, 3-Month and Insurance-Based passes

Registration Classes – progressive classes that build on techniques and form each session.  Prices vary based on class style, session length and location – click the “Register Now for Classes”.

  • Pilates Reformer Classes: Mindful movements on specialized equipment. (Pilates Reformer, Cardio Jumpboard, Advanced Reformer, Gentle Reformer) NOTE: first time participants MUST attend a Pilates Fundamentals Orientation.
  • Events & Workshops: Includes introductory classes (i.e. The Fascianator Method, Yoga & Tai Chi) , fitness challenges and special events.

Individual Training
Work one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to meet your fitness goals. Multiple options, assessments and pricing available to meet individual needs.

Private One-Hour Sessions:

  • 1 session: $52 (Non-District $67)
  • 3 sessions: $150 (Non-District $172)
  • 5 sessions: $240 (Non-District $276)
  • 10 sessions: $450 (Non-District $500)

Semi-Private One-Hour Sessions:

  • 1 session: $32 (Non-District: $42) per person
  • 10 sessions: $280 (Non-District: $310) per person

Fitness Assessment: includes aerobic, muscular strength & endurance, balance & flexibility testing, body mass index and resting measures.

  • Price: $52 (Non-District: $67)
  • Free annually for Senior Adult Premier Annual Passholders or Insurance-based Passholders.

Body Composition Analysis: measures percent of lean body mass versus fat tissue with calipers or bioelectrical impedance.

  • Price: $10 (Non-District $14)

Senior Adult Prices (62+):

  • Private One-Hour Sessions:

    • 3 sessions: $126 (Non-District: $141)

Specialty Individual Training
Work one-on-one with staff specializing in Pilates, Chronic Conditions or Sport Performance. Utilize these private training sessions for optimal health.

Cardio/Weight Room Policy – for Youth (ages 9-15)

Youth ages 9-15 can get certified to use our cardio weight rooms in 3 simple steps!

  1. Pass the Youth Cardio/Weight Room Test (can be taken at any front desk for free)
  2. Submit a signed authorization waiver (completed by parent/guardian)
  3. Enjoy use of our facilities

Upon completion of above steps, the following rules apply:

  • Ages 9-12: may use the Cardio/Weight Rooms WHILE UNDER SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT (15 yrs. +)
  • Ages 13-15: may use the Cardio/Weight Rooms independently

Please note: Youth under age 9 are NOT permitted in cardio/weight room area.

Sport Performance

Evidence-based training with appropriate progressions and planning is crucial to athletic success. From basic form and fundamentals coaching to advanced skill development, participants will:

Individual Performance Training
Private one-on-one training is the fast-track to individual success. Our expert coaches specialize in golf, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, running, cycling, swimming, skiing, Olympic lifting, functional fitness and more.

Sports Performance Assessment: sports-specific and general athletic testing to evaluate current ability levels and set future goals.

Golf Performance Training
Improve your game! Train with a TPI Level 3-golf fitness expert to optimize your biomechanics and swing.

Options / Prices

TPI Intro Session: TPI assessment (1-hour) and follow-up training appointment to review results, learn corrective exercises and review recommended programming.

  • Price: $150 (Non-District: $165)

Youth Sports Combine
Testing of sport skills and abilities.  Offered the 2nd Saturday, monthly from 12-1 p.m. at Foothills Fieldhouse
MUST register in advance.

Semi-Private Training (2-people)
