Our Senior Adult Programs offer a variety of opportunities for everyone! Join us and experience what a balanced blend of mental, social and physical wellness is all about!

Excursions are a great way to take a trip and tour some of Colorado’s fun, educational and interesting places. At Foothills, we make it easy for you to enjoy – find your next adventure without doing all the research and planning. Trips and tours are scheduled throughout the year and thoughtfully planned to serve the specific interests of senior adults. Transportation provided, entrance/admission fees included in excursion price.

Examples include: Breckenridge Snow Sculptures, Denver Tours, Boulder Dinner Theatre, Casino Trips, Rockies Games, Museums, Colorado Symphony, Royal Gorge Train.

All activities held at Peak Community & Wellness Center unless otherwise specified.

  • Bridge: open play, 1-4 p.m., Wednesdays & Fridays
  • Golf League: Thursday mornings, Foothills Golf Course MAY-SEP
  • Helpful Hands Knitting Club: 9:30-11 a.m., Fridays
  • Hike Club – Friday mornings, designated trailheads MAR-OCT
  • Mahjong open play: 1-4 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays

Foothills offers Active Options annual passes for ages 62 and up and is a participating location of certain insurance based programs.

Foothills accepts the following nationwide insurance-based exercise programs:

  • Silver&Fit (includes Active&Fit)

Active Options is a fitness annual facility pass for adults 62 and up. This nationally recognized program is known for its ongoing positive effect on the health and well-being of senior adults. This annual pass offers the same benefits as SilverSneakers®. Enroll at any of our front desks.
