Foothills Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities to benefit seniors. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared for all fitness levels and abilities.  Examples include:

Senior Adult Fitness Pass Options

Foothills offers Premier Annual Pass for ages 62 and up and is a participating location of certain insurance based programs.

Foothills accepts the following nationwide insurance-based exercise programs:

  • Renew Active® / OnePass™
  • Peerfit

Price: $275*, Non-District: $310*

Premier Annual Pass is a fitness annual facility pass, valid for one year from date of purchase. Experience the benefits of regular exercise and its ongoing positive effect on the health and well-being of senior adults. This annual pass offers the same Foothills facility benefits as the insurance based programs. Enroll at any of our front desks.

Foothills facility benefits include:

Facilities: Lilley Gulch Recreation Center, Ridge Recreation Center, Peak Community & Wellness Center, Foothills Fieldhouse and 4 seasonal Outdoor Pools.  Premier Annual Pass also includes public skate entry at the Edge Ice Arena.

Facility Amenities: cardio circuit equipment, free weights, TRX, gymnasiums, indoor swimming pools year round, outdoor swimming pools seasonally, pickleball, racquetball, indoor track, climbing wall, drop-in in-line hockey, locker rooms and family changing cabanas.

Drop-in Fitness Classes

  • Amenities not included: golf, registration classes and drop-in gymnastics.
  • All Passes/Cards represented on this page are issued a Recreation ID card. Passholders are required to show their Recreation ID each time they visit a facility.
