Park History
This park is named after Bobby Hyatt, Jr. who grew up in the Belleview Acres neighborhood. Bobby was 21 years old and a senior at Colorado State University when he tragically died in an automobile accident on October 20, 1997. The park name was officially adopted by the Foothills Board of Directors in July 2001 and was dedicated by the Hyatt family on October 20, 2002.

Directions To Park
From the intersection of S. Simms St. and W. Belleview Ave., head west on W. Belleview Ave 1/2 mile to S. Ward St. Turn Left on S. Ward St. 1/4 mile to the park. No parking lot available. We suggest parking along the park frontage on S. Ward St. on the east side of the park or on Prentice Dr. on the west side of the park.
