Description
This undeveloped greenbelt features mostly prairie habitat. An intermittent creek flows through the greenbelt into Dutch Creek downstream on The Meadows Golf Club.

None at this time. The Dutch Creek Regional Trail will be routed through this greenbelt when the Kipling to Simms St. section is completed in 2-3 years.

History
This greenbelt was deeded to Foothills in 1986 as part of Senate Bill 35 land dedication requirements for the Panorama Ridge Subdivision.

Directions
From the intersection of S. Simms St. and W. Coal Mine Ave. head south on Simms St. 1/4 mile. At the point where the residential subdivisions end on both sides of Simms St. the land opens up into prairie. The Eagle Ridge Greenbelt is located on the east side of Simms St. between the Panorama Ridge Subdivision on the north and the Eagle View Subdivision to the south.
