Moving Foothills Forward!
Foothills Park & Recreation District has been providing fun, recreation and outdoor opportunities to the South Jeffco community since 1959. The District currently manages more than 2,400 acres of land, including 68 park sites, 60 miles of trails, six recreation facilities, two golf courses and four outdoor pools. With the support of our residents over all those years, we’ve been able to open new facilities, improve parks and trails, create new parks, and bring you new and exciting programming.
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance and improve your parks and recreational experiences, Foothills Park & Recreation District is developing a new Master Plan to help guide the future of parks, trails, recreation facilities, programs and services across the District.
Community input is an important part of the process, so we need your help! We want to hear from you. What do you want to see in the future from Foothills? What park and recreational opportunities are most important to you and your family? Where would you like to see funds invested?
