Description
This is a mostly undeveloped greenbelt, except for a few xeriscape landscape beds on the south side of the greenbelt along Roxbury Ave. A small, .5 surface acre pond is located in the main greenbelt. A Division of Wildlife fish population survey conducted in the early 1990’s found green sunfish and bluegills, but no further data on fish populations is available.

Amenities
Limited. A few park benches on the south side of the greenbelt along Roxbury Ave.

History
These greenbelts were acquired through Senate Bill 35 land dedication requirements beginning in 1979.

Directions
From the intersection of S. Kipling Pkwy and W. Coal Mine Ave., head south on S. Kipling Pkwy to the stoplight at W. Meadows Dr. Turn right on W. Meadows Dr. A portion of the greenbelt is located on the north side of W. Meadows Dr. at S. Kipling Pkwy. The main greenbelt is located on the south side W. Meadows Dr. from S. Kipling Pkwy west to where the homes begin (almost to Roxbury Ave.) There is no parking lot. We suggested parking on the south side of W. Meadows Dr.
