Shelter Rentals
Available at: Clement Park, Easton Regional Park and Schaefer Athletic Complex
2026 Shelter reservations open online on January 2, 2026 at 9 am.
Shelter rentals fill fast – especially for graduations, walks and large events. It is suggested you book reservations as early as possible.
Shelters in all other park locations are free and available on a first come, first served basis.

- A Single Shelter Rental can be completed and paid online.

- 1 shelter – $170 / $180 / $215
- 2 shelters – $425 / $440 / $470
- 3+ shelters – $400 each
- Additional Person Charge – $1/person (for rentals over 100 people per shelter)

- Concrete pad 45’ x 45’
- Shelter canopy 37’ x 37’
- Standing room, 100 people/shelter
- Seating, 50-60 people
- Tables – nine 8-foot tables
- Each shelter has one oversized grill
Splash Park in Clement Park – Shelters (burgundy roofs)

- Water feature in the Splash Park area will run 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. typically between Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
- A Single Shelter Rental can be completed and paid online.

Shelter rental dates and hours
• Operational Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
Prices per shelter: Foothills District resident / Jefferson County resident / Non-County resident
Full Day rentals
• Monday-Friday – $140 / $150 / $165
• Saturday-Sunday – $155 / $165 / $180 (Frog shelter ONLY)
Half Day rentals (Duck, Frog, Otter and Turtle shelters)
• Saturday-Sunday – $95 / $105 / $125
• Choose time of 8 am – 1 pm OR 3 – 9 p.m.
• Shelter cleaning will occur from 1 – 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday
Shelter Dimensions
• Shelter canopy 20’x 20’
• Seating and occupancy: 25 people maximum
• Tables – three 8 foot tables
• No grills or alcohol are allowed in the Splash Park
Special Event Permits
Foothills Park & Recreation District considers an event larger than 800 people to be classified as a special event. Special events are often ticketed and/or fenced off events that require a large area. A special event may include but is not limited to walks, runs, festivals, concerts or private fundraisers.

Premier Volleyball Kit
- Includes ball and set up – $60 per day
Sand Volleyball Courts
- Located on East Side of Clement Park only
- $30 per hour, minimum 2 hour reservation (ball not included)
- Volleyball rental $15 per day
Horseshoes
- $15 per set
Grant Family Amphitheater Rentals
Located in Clement Park – 5,000 maximum capacity
Prices: 2 hour minimum
- Foothills District resident: $155.00/hour
- Jefferson County resident: $170.00/hour
- Non-County resident: $190.00/hour
- Alcohol Permit – $25
Private Outdoor Fee-based Activities
It is the policy of Foothills Park & Recreation District to permit designated park space to citizens and/or organizations for certain private outdoor fee-based activities and services (as long as the service does not conflict with a Foothills Park & Recreation District program). A private fee-based activity can be defined as a clinic, camp, class, guided activity, and/or programs offered and organized by an outside agency, where a fee is collected for the services provided.
