Description
This greenbelt is an undeveloped combination of steep slopes and ravines along the Dutch Creek drainage. Prime wildlife habitat. We kindly ask our pedestrians to avoid accessing this site to help maintain the quality wildlife habitat.

History
Foothills acquired these parcels to meet Senate Bill 35 land dedication requirements when the Archstone at Dakota Ridge Apartments were built in 1998.

Directions
The Vistas at Dutch Creek Greenbelt is inaccessible by vehicle because it is surrounded by private land and the C-470 Right of Way.
