Park History
This park was dedicated to Foothills in 1972 as part of the Senate Bill 35 land dedication requirements for the Westridge Subdivision. Actual park construction was completed in 1976 with funding assistance from the Westridge Park HOA and Federal Government. Volunteers from the HOA assisted park crews with construction of the original playground. The playground was renovated in the mid 90’s. A volleyball court which was part of the original park development was eliminated during the playground renovation due to chronic drainage problems.

In 2022, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.
