Park Description
This is a bluegrass irrigated park. The North Tributary of Massey Draw drainage runs through the park.

Park Amenities
Playground, and 2 unlighted tennis courts with pickleball lines (bring your own pickleball net).

Trails
No trails and limited sidewalks at this park.

Park History
This park was acquired in 1979. The parcel of land west of Iris St. was acquired in 1985. The original name of this park was The Chatfield, named after the original plat name of the subdivision. Thanks to Jefferson County Open Space for 2011 grant funding for playground replacement at this park.

In 2020, this site was improved with voter-approved funds from the 2017 mill levy.

Directions To Park
From the intersection of S. Kipling Pkwy and W. Chatfield Ave., head east on W. Chatfield Ave. one block to the park. Located on the north side of W. Chatfield Ave. at Iris Way. There is no parking lot and we suggest parking on Iris Way or in the Mortenson Elementary School parking lot when school is not in session.
