The District developed a master plan to help guide the decision making processes of the District as it relates to capital needs and service improvements until the year 2030. The process to develop the plan included a comprehensive community survey, meetings with the public and staff which identified Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, and also included a thorough analysis by staff of all of the data to develop the recommendations in each area of the District. The Vision 2030 Master Plan outlines the existing conditions, the community gaps and the vision and opportunities of each area of the District.
