In recent years we’ve worked with the community to provide additional facilities and programs and
we constantly strive to provide the best service our resources allow. Our operating costs have increased
significantly over the past few years while our revenue sources have not, and our operations mill levy
has not increased since 2001. Because of these fiscal challenges the District recently adopted a temporary
"no new development" and "no additional debt" policy. Click here for more information.
