  • Virtual Community Meeting was held via Zoom on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 6 p.m.
  • You can view the 3/24/21 meeting with a password by emailing Sarah at smcafee@fhprd.org
  • After the meeting, staff reviewed all comments received to determine next steps. After hearing the community input, the District has determined that the complicated nature of the internal sidewalks and pedestrian access will require some additional due diligence and research of easement documents and other documentation. Hopefully we can resolve this soon, however, it may take some time to identify and research all documentation. Once District staff assesses the documentation and some options for the existing walks become apparent, we will be reaching out to the Homeowners Association and the community to gather additional input. These future meetings will help us determine potential improvements throughout the park that hopefully meet both the goals of the community and District and also fit within the allocated budget.
